Special cloth expanding system is designed inside the tail, which frequently changes the rope state of the fabric, effectively prevents creases, curls and other phenomena, and can obtain good cloth surface and feel.
Very low lifting height of fabric, with low spray pressure and large flow nozzle, maintain good smooth operation of cloth surface.
The synchronous operation of the independent main cylinder and the double nozzles of the single guide cloth wheel can effectively reduce the dyeing tube difference, and feedback the abnormal operation in time with the sensitive winding detection device.
Nozzle flow is large, spray pressure is small, especially suitable for cotton products and some slack, mesh fabrics.
